Terms of Use — Iconic Outdoor Group Marketing Portal
- Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Iconic Outdoor Group and its brands, including Daisy, Gamo, Crosman, Benjamin and others ("Iconic Outdoor Group," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Iconic Outdoor Group Marketing Portal at [markeging.icog.com] (the "Portal") and all content available through it.
By requesting an account, signing in, or downloading any content, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, dealer, distributor, agency, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.
If you do not agree, do not access the Portal.
If your organization has a separate written agreement with us — a dealer agreement, distribution agreement, media or licensing agreement, or similar — that agreement controls in the event of a direct conflict with these Terms. These Terms otherwise apply in addition to it.
- Eligibility and account access
The Portal is a private business resource. Access is granted at our discretion to authorized users, including employees, sales representatives, dealers, distributors, retail partners, agencies, and approved media contacts.
To use the Portal, you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- have an active account created or approved by an Iconic Outdoor Group administrator or account representative;
- provide accurate registration information and keep it current;
- have a current business relationship with us that supports your access.
We may approve, deny, condition, suspend, or revoke access at any time, with or without notice
-
Your credentials
Your account is personal to you and non-transferable.
You must not share your username, password, or authentication method with any other person, including coworkers at your own organization. Additional users at your organization must request their own accounts.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account. Notify us immediately at Marketing Portal Help Center if you suspect unauthorized access or compromise of your credentials.
Access and download activity is logged and attributed to your account. See the Privacy Policy for how we use that information.
- Content and license grant
"Content" means all materials made available through the Portal, including product images and photography, video, specification sheets, manuals, pricing files, catalogs, presentations, copy blocks, logos, trademarks, brand guidelines, campaign assets, and any other files or data.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your access tier, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use Content solely to market, promote, merchandise, sell, or support the sale of Iconic Outdoor Group products in your authorized capacity, territory, and channel.
This license is a permission to use, not a transfer of ownership. It ends automatically when your account is closed or access is revoked, or when we withdraw specific Content.
- Restrictions on use
You must not:
- use Content for any purpose other than promoting or supporting the sale of our products;
- redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make Content available to any third party outside your organization, except to a service provider acting on your behalf who is bound to these restrictions and only for permitted purposes;
- upload Content to public or open asset libraries, stock sites, file-sharing services, or AI training datasets;
- use automated tools, scripts, crawlers, or bulk downloaders to harvest Content, or download Content in bulk beyond your reasonable business need;
- alter, retouch, crop, recolor, or composite product imagery in a way that misrepresents the product, its features, its performance, or its included components, or that violates the applicable brand guidelines;
- remove, obscure, or alter any logo, trademark, watermark, copyright notice, safety warning, or required disclosure;
- use Content in connection with any product that is not ours, or in any way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation beyond your actual relationship with us;
- use Content in any manner that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or that depicts unsafe, illegal, or irresponsible use of our products;
- combine Content with content promoting firearms, ammunition, or other products in a manner that misrepresents the nature or classification of our products;
- attempt to access areas of the Portal, brands, or Content categories for which you are not authorized;
- probe, scan, penetration-test, or interfere with the Portal or its security, or attempt to circumvent authentication or access controls;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Portal;
- misrepresent your identity, employer, role, or the basis for your access.
- Pricing, embargoed, and restricted content
Certain Content is confidential and is provided to you in confidence. This includes, without limitation:
- pricing files, cost information, MAP schedules, promotional calendars, and margin or program data;
- unreleased or embargoed product information, imagery, and specifications;
- Content marked "confidential," "internal," "embargoed," or similar, or Content made available only to a restricted access tier.
You must:
- treat this Content as confidential and protect it with at least the care you use for your own confidential information;
- limit access to those individuals within your organization who need it for a permitted purpose and who are bound by confidentiality obligations at least as protective as these Terms;
- not publish, post, or disclose it publicly or to any competitor;
- honor all stated embargo dates and on-sale dates;
- comply with all applicable minimum advertised price policies, which are set unilaterally by us and are not negotiated through these Terms;
- return, delete, or destroy such Content on our request or when your access ends.
These confidentiality obligations survive termination of your access.
- Accuracy of content
We work to keep Content current, but specifications, pricing, availability, imagery, and product descriptions change. Content is provided for your reference and is not a warranty, offer, or representation to any end customer. You are responsible for confirming that the Content you publish is current and accurate at the time of publication, and for correcting or removing outdated Content when we notify you or when you become aware it is superseded.
Pricing shown in the Portal does not constitute an offer to sell and does not supersede pricing in your dealer or distribution agreement, purchase orders, or invoices.
- Regulatory compliance and product claims
Our products are subject to varying federal, state, provincial, local, and international laws, including age restrictions, shipping restrictions, and jurisdiction-specific prohibitions on airguns, airgun accessories, and related items.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Content, and your marketing, listing, and sale of our products, complies with all applicable laws and with the policies of any marketplace or platform on which you list. You must:
- include all safety warnings, age statements, and required disclosures that accompany the Content or that apply in your jurisdiction and channel;
- not make performance, velocity, safety, or comparative claims about our products beyond those stated in the Content we supply;
- not sell or advertise products into jurisdictions where they are restricted or prohibited;
- comply with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, and marketplace rules.
Nothing in the Content should be read as legal advice or as confirmation that a product may lawfully be sold in a given jurisdiction.
- Intellectual property
All Content and all elements of the Portal are owned by Iconic Outdoor Group or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights not expressly granted in Section 4 are reserved.
Daisy, Gamo, Crosman, Benjamin, and the other names, logos, and marks appearing in the Portal are our trademarks or those of our licensors. Your license to use them extends only to the uses permitted by these Terms and by the applicable brand guidelines, and does not create any ownership interest or goodwill in your favor. All goodwill from your use inures to us.
Some Content includes third-party materials — including talent, likenesses, endorsements, music, or licensed imagery — that carry additional restrictions on term, territory, or channel. Where those restrictions are stated in the Portal, they are part of these Terms and control over the general license in Section 4.
- Feedback
If you send us suggestions, feedback, or ideas about the Portal or our products, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them without restriction or compensation to you.
- Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including if:
- you violate these Terms or any applicable agreement or policy;
- your business relationship with us ends or your role changes;
- your account is inactive;
- we suspect credential sharing, scraping, or unauthorized distribution;
- we discontinue the Portal or any part of it.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at Marketing Portal Help Center.
On termination, your license under Section 4 ends. You must stop downloading Content and, on our request, discontinue use of and delete Content in your possession, except that you may retain Content already lawfully incorporated into published materials until the earlier of our written request to remove it or the next reasonable production cycle. Sections 6, 9, 10, and 12 through 17 survive termination.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PORTAL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

Your continued use of the Portal after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Portal and close your account.

Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions stay in effect.
